Pottery Classes/Events

Classes are booked in blocks of 4-5 weeks and are non transferable. These run during specified days and time only and are booked via the website. Single classes can be booked as well for the “One-Time Events” offered. If you cannot see a particular day or evening class available on the Event/Classes page, it may be because that event/class is full. Participants can join a waiting list by filling out and inquiring in a contact form via the “contact us page.

Minimum Number Of Participants

The minimum number of participants for a class/event is 4. Elkhorn Pottery reserves the right to cancel the class if not enough students are attending and an alternative day will be offered depending on availability of spaces. Classes that do not reach the required amount of participants will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued, if the participant cannot attend the next available class/event.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued up to 2 weeks prior to the start date of the Class/Event. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN THE 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE START DATE OF THE CLASS/EVENT.

Missing A Class

Missing a class is non-refundable, and classes cannot be brought forward into the next block. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that you arrange a catch-up lesson with us within the block booked. If you do not, you will lose the class you have missed.

If a class is cancelled by the teacher, two dates for a replacement class will be offered, depending on availability, if you cannot attend on any of the dates offered no refund will be offered.
